TERMS OF SERVICE
My TOS is pretty basic and non-restrictive, I just tried to cover all my bases so it looks like a lot but isn't :)

I have the right to refuse a service for any reason.
Failure to comply with my rules will end with you on my blacklist.
Please don't trace my art! Colour-dropping is okay!
Please don't edit my actual art, adopts or otherwise, without asking.

ADOPTS/CUSTOMS
1. Commercial use comes free with the design, but do not use my art for commercial purposes.
2. Don’t sell your design for a higher price unless there’s extra art. Commissions count full price, price your own art appropriately.
3. If you got a design of mine via trade, please don't sell them for money unless they have art that you did or have commissioned for them whilst in your possession.
4. Don’t resell your design to someone without a Toyhouse.
5. Do Not Use my designs as tulpas. If they accidentally become an alter in a system, that's fine, but you can choose to make tulpas, and I do not condone it. (It is better to search Tulpas online than ask me, as I am not a system).
6. You may change minimal details of your design; alternative outfits are okay, but don't whitewash designs.
7. Don’t erase my watermark.
8. If I have made a closed species custom for you, you may add the worth of the MYO ticket onto the custom, IF you bought your MYO ticket.
9. It's preferred to resell, retrade or regift an unwanted design, but if you want to, I don't care if you delete it.
10. Co-owns are okay, but the owners must resolve any personal disputes.
11. Please don't donate my designs to Toyhouse shelters.
COMMISSIONS
1. Fanart commissions are allowed!
2. Yumeship/selfship is fine by me!
3. I can draw NSFW! I may not be very good at it yet, though ^^;
4. I expect payment after the draft unless I state otherwise (For instance, I’ll accept payment for sketches after I’ve finished).
ADOPTS & COMMISSIONS
1. Do not delete bids/offers! Simply clearly state your backing out, please! Don’t delete the amount you bid! (eg. Editing it out of the comment.)
2. I accept USD and GBP via PayPal or Kofi (Stripe not enabled, sorry!), and certain gift cards (such as iTunes, Steam, Amazon or Nintendo and etc! (must be UK gift cards)).
3. No refunds. Chargebacks result in being blacklisted.
4. For amino buyers; Use the conversion 500 “Amino coins = 1 USD” when reselling my designs; do not use your own conversions, as this may result in accidental upselling. (This does not reflect the current market, as my time on Amino was very long ago).
And a general rule of thumb, if unsure, just ask! I don't bite!
